Microbio is proud to announce the appointment of Johan Vanderhoeven as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). With over 15 years of experience in life sciences and diagnostics, Johan brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record in driving strategic growth and building impactful partnerships.
In his new role, Johan will lead the development and execution of Microbio’s global commercial strategy, focusing on expanding the company’s market presence and delivering value to stakeholders. His efforts will emphasize fostering innovation and translating Microbio’s cutting-edge advancements into tangible solutions for patients and healthcare providers worldwide.
Before joining Microbio, Johan served as Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Integrated DNA Technologies (a Danaher company). There, he successfully oversaw the global commercial strategy, spearheading revenue growth and expanding the company’s footprint in key markets. His leadership was instrumental in aligning commercial initiatives with scientific innovation to drive market success.
Johan holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Free University of Brussels, reflecting his deep technical expertise and passion for advancing the life sciences field.
